Culinary workshop by Vegan Cluinaria.
Shaped by nature and interactions with different cultures, Georgian cuisine is a hidden gem in the culinary crown.
One of the most popular and loved local dishes is Khinkali, a dumpling made from fresh dough and traditionally stuffed with meat, cheese or mushrooms.
During our workshop, Copenhagen based chef Plamen will introduce a few principles from New Nordic Diet and their relation to Georgian cuisine. Afterwards, we will roll up our sleeves and prepare Khinkali from scratch. Then we can happily sit around the table and enjoy our creations, alongside:
– Puri (Georgian bread) with Caucasian pesto
– Jonjoli – unique Georgian salad from flowers
– A cup of local red dry wine
IMPORTANT:
Participation in the workshop costs 30 Lari which will be paid on the spot. The fee covers both the demo and food. There are 8 spots available.
