Tunisian Supper at Fabrika
Sunday, 7 April, at 19.00 Tunisian supper at Fabrika in collaboration with Namu and Goji for the Soul.
Namu’s owner Ana Tikaradze and Fatma, plant-based chef from Tunisia will present vegan, healthy version of Tunisian dishes.
We will have welcome drink based on Tunisian spices, Tunisian toast with pickled beetroot and harissa, traditional veggie dolma and Bouza cream from sorghum and candied zucchini.
