Short info about the teachers:

Lile Sekaniya
Yoga Teacher, Yoga Alliance RYT 240
Lile is a young and energetic yoga teacher. Her yoga journey began in 2009 when she first came to Jivamukti Yoga class in Moscow. After practicing different styles of yoga she decided to go to India, to deepen her knowledge in this ancient practice. She has successfully completed 240 hours of Advanced Level I Yoga Teacher Training at Himalayan Yoga Academy (Rishikesh, India) 2015.
From 2015 she is teaching Hatha Vinyasa Yoga in Barcelona where she is basing.
Lile pays a lot of attention on alignment of yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditation. Her classes are fun and inspiring. She believes that yoga can help people feel good about who they are.

Anastasia Prodan
Studied in Moscow and Istanbul with different teachers in different yoga methods.
Began her path with Iyengar yoga in 2008. After 3 years of training decided to deepen knowledge and pass a teaching course. Later on broke up with a strict Sri BKS Iyengar method. But there is still a lot left in her practice -the alignment skills, therapeutic aspects of the practice and conscious use of materials in the classroom. Graduated from Moscow Yoga University (2014), took a vinyasa course with Nina Vukas (Croatia), Meghan Currie (Canada) and many Russian and Ukrainian teachers.

Today her practice is Vinyasa Flow Yoga. It is a smooth flow, the combination of flexibility and strength, the breath, and gradual progress and deepening in practice.
