well-traveled and experienced chef Aaron Kaia will introduce us to the delicious salads from various corners of the Mediterranean. From the East, all the way to the West.

Salad from Lebanon: fine chopped greens with tomatoes and bulgur
Salad from Italy: arugula leaves, cherry tomato & potatoes
Salad from Morocco: lettuce leaves with citrus fruits and walnuts
