FabrikaTbilisi and VA[A]DS ( School of Visual Arts, Architecture and Design/Free University) present the exhibition of a third-year student of VA[A]DS – Giorgi Kontridze.
The exhibition presents works made during the past year, most of which are made on cheap “duplication” and printing paper with oil paints.

Usually the author works on canvas, and in this case drawing on cheap paper gives him more freedom – he boldly starts working directly on the paper and does not try to correct mistakes and finish the work. Giorgi Kontridze takes inspiration from animated films, textbook illustrations, and mass media.
